Dr. Tran and his staff are so patient and friendly. Dr. Tran prescribed me glasses and I had the toughest time picking out frames. They didn’t rush, but instead made helpful suggestions and now I have an awesome pair of frames, not to mention the fact that I can see ten times better than before. You guys are the best!

Experienced staff I had been dealing with eye irritation for several weeks. I figured it was just my allergies, but I went to Pearland Eye Care just to be safe. Dr. Tran took a look and recognized the problem instantly: I had somehow contracted pink eye! He took the time to explain the nature of my condition and gave me several options to choose from to treat it. He finally gave me some sample eye drops to help soothe the condition while I waited a day for my prescription to arrive. 

Friendly employees I came to the receptionist with some concerns about my contact order; they weren't fitting as well as I would have wanted and causing some irritation. She could have gotten frustrated with me, but instead went out of her way to book me a follow-up appointment with the doctor so I could fix my problem. She is one of the most professional receptionists I've ever met!

Quick product turnaround Every time I've ordered contacts from them, they were ready in less than a week, sometimes within the same day. If you tell them you need your contacts right away, they can sometimes accommodate you with a trial or two to use during the waiting period. Really, really thankful to be a patient here!

Up-to-date technology They have this nailed to an art. Wait time is never too long, even in the heat of back-to-school season. They really understand how to optimize doctors' and patients' time.
